The terms that apply when you shop with us.
1. About us
This website (jellyplushies.co.uk) is operated by Jelly Plushies, 10 Springfield Lane, London, NW6 5UB, United Kingdom. Email: contact@jellyplushies.co.uk. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jelly Plushies.
We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any toy brand, character or licence holder.
2. Products
We sell plush toys and accessories made by independent manufacturers. Product photos are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery within the UK is free, so the price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout by card or the other methods offered there. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if this happens we will contact you and you may cancel.
4. Orders
After you order, we email you an order confirmation. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders ship from our suppliers’ warehouses overseas: dispatch within 1 to 3 business days and delivery usually within 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. Full details: Delivery Policy.
6. Returns and cancellations
You may return items within 14 days of receiving them. The customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. Refunds are made within 14 days. Full details: Returns & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Product safety and use
Please read any age and safety information on the product page and packaging. Small parts, keyrings and bag charms are not suitable for children under 3.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
